Directions
Adobo Recipe (Makes 8-10 Servings): 1 pouch (50 g) Mama Sita’s Savory Sauce (Adobo) Mix, 2.2 lb (1 kg) meat cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes, 1 cup (250 ml) water, 2 tbsp (30 ml) cooking oil. 1. Dissolve Mama Sita’s Adobo Mix in water. Pour mixture over meat. Marinate for 15 minutes. 2. Remove meat from marinade and pan fry in hot oil until edges turn golden brown. 3. Pour in the marinade and bring to a boil. 4. Lower the heat and simmer until meat is tender and sauce has thickened. Add water, as needed.
