Directions
Saute: 1 tbsp (15 ml) cooking oil. 1 head garlic. 1 pc onion. Stir-fry for 3 minutes: 12.3 oz (350 g) shrimps, peeled. Make sure the onions wilt before adding the shrimp. 1 pouch Mama Sita’s Pansit Bihon Mix dissolved in 2 cups water (500 ml). Bring to Boil: 10.5 oz (300 g) mixed vegetables such as carrots (julienned), cabbage (strips), green beans (sliced thinly). Cook for 2 mins. Cook until noodles are tender & vegetables are done adding more water if necessary. Serve with patis & calamansi. Makes 4-6 servings.
